Ingredients of dish: Chicken thigh, special chili sauce

Ingredients: Mung bean flour, different sauces
Sabudana (Pearl Tapioca), green chillies, ginger, cumin, potato for binding, peanut powder, turmeric, lime juice, and salt to taste
Wash and soak sabudana in water for 4 hours. Boil and mash potato. Add all other ingredients into mashed potato. Add sabudana into potato mixture and mix well. Make small balls and slightly flatten them. Put it in a preheated oven of 270 degrees for 30 minutes. Flip vadas after 30 minutes and continue baking for 15 minutes. Top it with the filli

5 large basil leaves
1 cup of edamame (soybean)
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

Ingredient: Flour, pumpkin, carrot, egg, butter,
1. Remove skin of pumpkin, cut into pieces, steam and then smash, same for carrot
2. Add flour, eddgs, butter and sugar and yeast and knead
3. Rest for 30 min
4. Afterwards, separate the knead to pieces
5. Roll the little kneads into flat pieces
6. Put 5 pieces together and make into a rose shape, put the piece with carrot in the middle
7. Steam for 20 min

Ingredients of dish:
Corn Kernel - 2 lbs
Turmeric Powder--- 3 gms
Spices Mixture-- 10 gms
Cumin Seed --- 1/4 tea spoon
Clarified Butter --- 2 table spoon
Salt, Green Chili, Cilantro.
1. Grind Corn Kernales into coarse paste.
2. Heat Clarified Butter in pan and add cumin seed.
3. Saute Corn Past for 15 minutes till paste become semi dry.
4. Add turmeric powder, spices mixture, green chili, salt according to taste and heat for 5 minutes.
