2016 Silicon Valley Food and Art Festival Booth Information

11:00pm – 4:00pm Quinlan Community Center, Cupertino

General Rules for Booth Vendors:
Please go to front desk to register when you arrive.
No food, tobacco, alcohol, political or questionable vendor items/booths.
Each vendor will have a 10’ X 10’ area to set up
No utilities will be provided to vendors (electrical outlets, extension cords, water access or hoses)
Vendors will be responsible for all tables, chairs, tents, signs, etc…
Vendors may set up at 10:00am. The event will start at 11:00am. Locations are on a first come basis.
You’ll need to restock and straighten your items throughout the day. Encourage people to take items to read over later – that’s what the items are there for!
If you leave the booth to walk around, please make sure there are plenty of take-away items set out on the table for people to pick up. Please move “for sale” items underneath the table before you leave the booth. Carry any money from previous sales with you.
Parking: We STRONGLY suggest that you park in the De Anza College Parking Slot after drop off staffs.
